Art Nouveau Iris Necklace

The necklace represents a water Iris wich is a typical flower in the style of Art Nouveau. The silver-colored stripe is knotted of metallic thread with natural pearls and represents water. The stripe copies the fence of the famous Art Nouveau Gorky Mansion in Moscow (architect Fyodor Shechtel)

The Iris is 3D and is about 19 cm (7.4 in) long, the flower itself is about 8cm (3 in) in diameter. The length of the bud with its stem is about 10 cm (3.9 in). The width of the stripe is 2.6 cm (1 in). The longer part of the necklace lies on the right side of a chest and is about 42 cm (16.5 in) long (from the clasp to the edge of the wave). The shorter part is about 25 cm (9.8 in) long.
